Highway 11 to Ka’u should be improved by communicating to the State and County officials to proceed with improving the roads, while addressing the Legislature to fund the project. Possible cooperation and funding to local Ka’u road paving companies to monitor and assist with the project.
To ensure State and Federal investment reaches Kaʻu residents- by developing a trade and investment zone with tax benefits and incentives to promote especially agriculture and tech hubs for production, marketing and education. Support a local Ka’u Commission to coordinate this endeavor.
