SUMMARY EXPANDED

Make Hawaii safe by cleaning the environment and improving the health of the people. Moving toward a circular economy by developing our food production into local communities, phasing out chemical use by government and households, moving toward a clean organic process.   Self Sufficiency-Moving away from tourism and federal use, developing local business to import substitute as much as possible. Joint development of solar as our choice of energy for the future by cosponsoring investment into home solar installment moving directly into a state solar bank with joint financing.  Housing availability with different zoning restrictions to allow more housing on land, according to local preferences and availability.   Looking into alternative sewerage disposal into planned farming and housing communities and not dumping it in the ocean.  Security and safety through local community programs to keep our streets safe and clean. Homeless solution with temporary sleeping areas where people can stay for limited time, while developing more permanent locations away from the population centers encouraging agriculture and self reliance. Education substitution via the internet allowing adults and young students to grow at their own pace with recognition for graduation and job opportunities.  Health promoting clean food without chemicals and genetics, healthier diets, local advising programs using holistic inputs and Kapuna wisdom.
