What are the biggest issues facing the
state, and what are the first things you
would do to address them in the first six
months after being elected?
Biggest issues facing Hawaii
are the environment, the
economy, health of the
people.
Govern by stopping oil or
LNG investment of 2 billion
dollars to build a new- nonUSA corporate plant, and
invest into a solar community
program, promote organic
agriculture to the local home
community to produce clean
food for the people, and keep
investment of State money
inside the State -circular
economy.
Here’s a question from one of your
constituents: What specific policies do you
plan to implement to prevent and crack
down on elected officials who abuse their
office for personal gain, in order to begin
restoring the public’s trust?Looks like the internet block

able to monitor money and
communication flows for the
public to review in real time.
With the median home price in Honolulu now
above $1 million, what steps would you take to
make housing more affordable?
Create special areas where
zoning will make home
ownership easier and
cheaper. Create community
living zones for organicagriculture, and community
entrepreneurship.
The office of the governor has taken a
non-combative stance with the Trump
administration over many policy
issues. What would be your stance
with the federal administration and
why?
Peace and cooperation where
possible pursuing a Hawaii
First Doctrine, creating a
circular organic healthy
community with importsubstitution especially with
food and solar energy; and
community based programs
to address services to the
community.
Questions have been raised about how
the new Hawaiʻi green fee to mitigate
climate change is being doled out. Do
you share those concerns and how
should they be addressed in the future?
Money to help the
environment is good, but
expense and wages should
be limited to 10 percent ofthe fund, the rest allocated
through a pubic blockchain
for accountability and control
with recommendations from
the community districts and
organizations.
What would you do in office to address
the here and now of climate change? And
how would you address the costs to
taxpayers, property owners and
businesses to adapt?
An organic, holistic, no LNG
or oil, no chemicals to the
environment, food
sovereignty, circular economy
addresses these issues andis the most economically
efficient approach-less costs
to the People.
Do you support a temporary transition
to liquefied natural gas as Hawaiʻi
pursues a goal of using 100%
renewable energy by 2045? Is that goal
attainable?
No LNG, go SOLAR before
2045 is attainable by
investing in community
ownership of solar energy to
the community with state
support.Lawmakers in 2026 largely preserved
historic income tax cuts. Will you
commit to protecting the tax cuts?
Why or why not?
We need to find the way to
cut taxes and help the people
survive, while paying the
costs to protect our islands
and our people. A circular
economy based on organic
community agriculture
address these issues.
In recent years, Hawai’i has
experienced a series of damaging and
dangerous weather events that have
exposed weaknesses in our State. Howwould you position the state to be
better prepared for these events?
Organize community building
to address the environment,
food security, health and
safety. Empower community
boards or local service
organizations to offer rewards
for individual contributions.
Hawaiʻi has no initiative or referendum process,
yet some in the public are frustrated each year
when the Legislature kills important legislation
without explanation. Is it time for Hawaiʻi to join
the 26 states that allow voters to create policy
through the ballot? Why or why not?Referendum gives the people
the right to pursue a direction
they want. Like to create a
State app to gage people and
use for voting on topics of
concern with safeguards.
Despite recent progress, there are more
people homeless on the streets and in
shelters than there were in 2022. What will
you do during your term to reduce
homelessness and prevent more people from
becoming homeless.
Create safe sleeping places
within the urban areas for
temporary 3 night resting,while creating rural co-ops or
community endeavors to
grow food and create self
sufficiency for the displaced.
